To provide you with the best learning experience and scheduling options, we provide our webinars using ON24 and CalCPA Education Foundation.  After registering for a session, please check your confirmation email to confirm the platform and contact support if you have any questions.

To join a session hosted with ON24, click the link registration confirmation email and enter your registration email address when prompted.

All resource materials will be available during and after the webinar from the resource panel.

Login Information:
  • Username is your email address
  • If this is your first CalCPA / Education Foundation hosted webinar, you will receive a validation email. You must validate your email address following the instructions in the email in order to log in to your account and the webinar.

Three Days Prior to Webcast:
  • Download your ebook via the Materials icon on My Activities
  • Test your computer compatibility with the webcast Stream Video Test
  • Click the Start icon to begin the webcast when the webcast stream appears.

Day of Webcast:
  • Please login up to 30 minutes prior to start time at www.community.calcpa.org/s/activities
  • Click the Start icon associated with the course title. When entering the webcast room prior to the start time, you will see a landing page listing the webcast title and start/end times. 
  • Click the Start icon to begin the webcast when the webcast stream appears.

Certificate of Completion: Certificates can be accessed 3 - 5 business days after course completion at
www.community.calcpa.org/s/mycpetracker
