Terms and Conditions For Ticket Purchase

Welcome to the Accounting Innovation Summit! Before you proceed with your ticket purchase, please review the following terms and conditions:

 

Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

By purchasing a ticket to a K2 Canada event, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon successful processing of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate.

 

Ticket Use

Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the ticket. You must present a valid ticket and identification upon arrival to gain entry to the event.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests can be made up to four weeks prior to the event date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed. Please contact caroline@k2e.ca to request a refund. In the unlikely event that the summit is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and full refunds will be issued.

 

Event Changes

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, and venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

 

Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and costs.

 

Privacy

Your personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information.

 

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
