In the first example, the lookup value should have been B2, not H2. The formula should be vlookup(b2, h2:j11,3,0) |

Yes, CCH iFirm is an https site. |
Will iFirm scan your existing Outlook by client name to set up due date reminders, etc? |
CCH iFirm is not integrated with Outlook yet. This is on our Roadmap. |
Will the notes be able to directly send email? |
The Client Notes section in Contacts and Jobs do have an email option. |
Will it show timesheet view? |
There is a timesheets view – daily, weekly, monthly. |
Does it allow data export to Excel? |
Yes, the reports have an Export to Excel option. |
How much does it cost? Pricing range? |
I’m not in the sales role but it is modular so you pick and choose which modules suit you. It is a monthly cost and you can increase/decrease users when you need to. Anything you do in CCH iFirm’s Contact records on a mobile phone, tablet, ipad or laptop is logging into the same environment. If you are speaking about your mobile phone contacts, no, these are not sync’d or integrated with the CCH iFirm contacts. |
Can a T1 or T2 be locked down after e-filed? |
Yes, all returns can be locked. |
