No, it only protects the structure of the sheets in a workbook. To protect a sheet is a different process. |

How can we make suggestions on items to update in Profile? |
Within the ProFile software there is a Suggestion button option and also under the Help Menu called “What should we build next?” |
With the ProFile import function from prior year. If I have 10 years of client returns from 2008 to 2017 in Cantax, could I import all ten years into ProFile to retain customer history in the new software? |
You can carryforward the information into ProFile from 2008 Cantax. The option to import straight from 2008 Cantax and forward… to 2008 ProFile and forward is not an option available at the moment. |
Are the in cloud backups on Canadian Servers? |
Our cloud backups are in several server locations in North America and are very secure using Bank grade encryption. |
Who has access to your cloud backup files? |
Only the account holder who creates the ProFile Review account will have access to the data. |
With ProFile 20, how far back can you go for T1s? |
ProFile 20 supports T1/TP1 returns for tax years 2015, 2016, and 2017 |
